Blog-Event LII - Soulfood - Futter für die Seele - Roundup

Wie gut, dass es draußen immer noch kalt, grau und ungemütlich ist, denn so bleibt uns noch ein wenig Zeit, die 54 56!Rezepte, die Ihr alle so fleißig zusammengetragen habt, auszuprobieren.

Blog-Event-LIII: Weiß wie der Schnee

2010 n.C. ganz Deutschland ist besetzt. Ganz Deustchland? Ja, ganz Deutschland, denn selbst die unbeugsamen Sonnenstrahlen schaffen es nicht, den Schnee zum schmelzen zu bringen. Und so ist ganz Deutschland vom Schnee besetzt.

Und genau daher kommt auch die Idee zum nächsten Blog-Event: Weiß wie der Schnee. Wenn wir den Schnee vor unserem Fenster nicht weg bekommen, dann holen wir ihn eben in die Küche. Sinnbildlich zumindest.

Blog-Event-LIII: Weiß wie der Schnee (Einsendeschluss 15. Februar 2010)

Wir suchen Rezepte, deren vorherrschende Farbe Weiß ist. Ob es sich dabei um eine Suppe, einen Hauptgang, einen Nachtisch, Gebäck oder andere Sachen handelt ist egal. Ihr dürft auch ein oder zwei andere Farbtupfer und etwas Garnitur dazu packen. Der Schneemann hat schließlich auch eine orange Möhre und zwei Kohlen als Auge. :-)

Blog-Event LII - Soulfood - Futter für die Seele

Jetzt hat sie uns voll erwischt, die kalte, dunkle Jahreszeit…

Draußen wird es kaum noch richtig hell, anstelle von Schnee bleibt wenn überhaupt, oft nur Matsch liegen und sobald man vor die Tür geht, weht einem eine steife Brise um die Nase.

Gerade jetzt brauchen Körper und Seele ab und zu einen kleinen Glücklichmacher, der vom trüben Wetter ablenkt und wenigstens für kurze Zeit die Sonne scheinen lässt. Deshalb war einer meiner ersten Gedanken, nachdem Zorra mich eingeladen hatte, diesen Event zu präsentieren – Soulfood, das ist genau das Richtige Thema für diesen Monat!

Mit Soulfood ist hier nicht die traditionelle Küche der Afroamerikaner in den Südstaaten Amerikas gemeint, sondern wie schon oben geschrieben, einfach alles, was glücklich macht und gut tut.

Mutter Beimer hat immer wenn es brenzlig wurde ein paar Eier in die Pfanne gehauen, andere kochen sich einen quietschesüßen Pudding, eine riesige Portion Pasta oder auch eine leckere Suppe.

Was bereitet Ihr Euch zu, wenn Ihr Euch belohnen wollt, es Euch nicht gut geht und Ihr etwas Trost braucht oder Ihr so richtig krank seid?

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn Ihr Eure Geheimrezepte mit uns teilt, dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob es sich um eine Süßspeise oder etwas Herzhaftes handelt – glücklich muss es machen!

World Bread Day 2009 - Yes we baked. - Roundup You don't need to wait any longer. Finally I've finished the World Bread Day 2009 roundup.

People from all over the world - both old and new bread baking addicts - followed the World Bread Day 2009 invitation and baked.

264 265 entries! I read every single one and left a comment, where it was possible. It was very inspiring to see all these wonderful loaves of bread and also fun to discover new blogs. I highly recommend to visit not only the blogs of your friends but all of them. Its worth it.

I would like to thank to all the participants! Yes we baked!
