Help I have a lemon glut! I'm a proud owner of two lemon trees. Though lemon tree blooms all year and have flowers, ripe and unripe fruit all at the same time I have a something of a lemon glut right now. The trees aren't even that big, but I don't know what do with all these lemons. That's why I decided to announce the Lemon Day. I would like to invite you to cook or bake something with lemon and share the recipe with me, so that I never have again to deal with such a glut.
How to participate:

Hilfe ich habe einen Zitronenüberschuss! Meine zwei Zitronenbäumchen produzieren Zitronen am Laufmeter. Nicht nur dass sie das ganze Jahr über Früchte tragen, nein zurzeit krachen sie unter der Last der Früchte beinahe zusammen, deshalb habe ich mich entschlossen einen Lemon Day zu organisieren. Ich lade alle herzlich ein etwas mit Zitronen zu kochen oder backen und mir das Rezept zu verraten, damit ich nie wieder unter einem Zitronenüberschuss leiden muss.
Wie mitmachen:

- Cook/bake something with lemon, take pictures (if possible) and blog about it
- Please link back to this announcement in your post, and eventually to the roundup.
- Fill in the form below and your post will be listed in the roundup.
- Last day of submission is April 2nd.

- Untenstehendes Formular ausfüllen, und das Rezept wird im Roundup aufglistet.
- Einsendeschluss ist der 2. April
