What a wonderdull round up. I have never ever seen so much variety of breads. Actually bettr than buying a book for bread recipe. I will be sure for trying my hand in making few of these bread from here.

Ich wußte gar nicht, dass auch Brötchen zugelassen sind. Schade, denn sonst hätte ich meine Rosinenbrötchen auch eingereicht. Aber die Vielfalt, die hier zusammengekommen ist ist genial!
