The fish looks just delicious in your photo. I'm trying to decide if I've ever had hake, but I'm not sure. BTW, I am jealous beyond words that you have a lemon tree. That would be so wonderful!

Wonderful fish dish and the sauce is reminiscent of an avgolemeno sauce.
