i just now read the recipe and have to notice: i head the flour-problem as well when i baked a bread with cheese (taleggio) and pear. the flavor was delicious, but i had to add flour like an idiot, till the bread was dry enough. (i will try this too.) i also thought about baking a bread with natural chocolate powder and pears. the pears will desapear. :-)) they also did with the cheese-bread and left no taste back. so maybe it will be better with bananas.

Ein Poire-Belle-Helene-Brot, warum nicht. Ich habe schon mal Schoggipulver in ein Brot getan, fand's aber nicht grossartig gut.
