St. Pat's Day: Green or Irish - Braised Hearts of Lettuce with Green Peas

Today the Irish are celebration St. Patrick's Day. Even I'm not Irish I invited you to participate in St. Patrick's celebration, too. Just cook/bake/prepare something Green or Irish today.
St. Pat's Day: Green or Irish

I never was on the green Isle (but it's definitively on my to-visit-list). I know only one Irish, he's living in Switzerland. I didn't saw him for years, I hope he's fine. We celebrated great parties together. At the end of these parties, we often asked him to sing some typical Irish songs. And he did. It was quite emotional for him, often he had some tears in his eyes. We did not understand a word, but his singing was beautiful.

I have made something green for the event. It turned out really green!
