Saint Patrick's Day is the feast day which annually celebrates Saint Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, on March 17. Saint Patrick's Day is celebrated worldwide by Irish people and increasingly by many of non-Irish descent. Celebrations are generally themed around all things green and Irish; both Christians and non-Christians celebrate the secular version of the holiday by wearing green, eating Irish food, imbibing Irish drink, and attending parades.

I think, we - food- and non-food-blogger - should take this opportunity and celebrate St. Pat's day, too. So I would like to invite you to cook or bake something green or Irish!

I'm looking forward to see your recipes! I try to do the roundup before March 20th.

How to participate:

• Cook/bake somthing green or Irish, take pictures (if possible) and blog about it on Saturday, 17h March 2007
  (feel free to write your post in your mother tongue)
