Rosemary-Zucchini-Pizza
makes 1

130 g pizza dough
1/2 onion, cut in thin rings
1 small zucchini
fresh rosemary
1 tb tomato sauce or concentrate
1/2 mozzarella, grated
grated provolone
salt, pepper
some drops of olio santo
Fry the onion, zucchini and rosemary about 7 minutes in a pan. Add salt and pepper.
Roll the dough thin, the ends up a little. Spread tomato sauce on the dough. Top with cheese and then with prepared zucchini-rosemary-onion-mix. Spread some drops of olio santo. Bake it for 10-15 Minutes in the preheated oven (250C). It should be lightly brown
