WHICH MENU WOULD YOU SERVE BLOGGING FRIENDS FOR A WELCOME DINNER UPON THEIR FIRST VISIT TO YOUR HOME?

To "new" friends I would only serve tested recipes, no experiments. As I like to stay with my guest I would choose dishes one can prepare in advance.

It took me a while to come up with a menu. But finally I set up a menu. A rustic autumnal one, with vegetables and fruits from my own garden.

Autumnal Welcome Dinner

Coffee and Amaretti
***

Beverage: Of course I would serve Spanish wine. La Rueda (white wine) and Valdepeñas (red wine), some water and coffee.

I hope my friends would enjoy this dinner.
