IMBB #24: Make it in 30 Minutes - Part II - Stawberry-Yogurt-Coupe
As mentioned I had even some time left to prepare a simple dessert. Here in Spain the Strawberry season just started.
Stawberry-Yogurt-Coupe
Makes 2
2 greek yogurt (125 g each)
10-12 strawberries, washed and sliced
2 tb honey
Whipped cream
Pistachios, chopped
Fill glasses with yogurt, add 1 tb honey each, drop the sliced strawberries. Garnish with whipped cream and pistachios.
As you can see it's easy to prepare a healty meal - without relying on frozen nuggets or microwave thingies - in 30 Minutes. Honestly to write these 2 blog articles took me more than 30 Minutes. ;-)
