I planned a wonderful Valentine dinner, but finally it was a flop. Exactly this day we were not very hungry so I canceled the starter Smoked Salmon Tatar. The Spring Asparagus Soup I replaced (successfully!) with this one. But I struggled a lot with the Ravioli! First it was very difficult to knead the dough - I don't need to go to a fitness center anymore;-) - then to form the hearts: almost impossible, after 5 Ravioli I changed the form to half moon, and finally the dough was too thick. I need to buy a pasta maschine!



To be on the safe side, at least with the dessert, I served Choco softies instead of Toblerone Mousse.

Next year I will be more successful!
